Terms and Conditions

1. Party Bookings can be made by telephone and email or by booking form at our Kids Zone     Activity Room located on 1st Floor The Market Mall, Green Community.

2. Bookings are only confirmed once a non-refundable deposit of AED300 has been paid.

3. In case of cancellations, deposits cannot be refunded.

4. Optional extras are considered additional and are not included in the package.

5. Prices for these services can be requested and need to be booked in advance.

6. Party clients are responsible for their guests arrival. They are requested to arrive at the     venue no more than 15 minutes before the confirmed time.
