Free play for People of Determination
Every child belongs at Kids Zone. A child with a valid UAE People of Determination card or Sanad card plays free in our indoor play area at Souk Al Bahar, Downtown Dubai, with one parent or carer.
Four simple things to know
Bring the card
A valid UAE People of Determination card or Sanad card, including the Sanad card for visitors. Show it at reception.
Free play-area entry
Up to 2 hours of play for the child, any day we are open.
A parent or carer stays
One parent or carer stays with the child the whole time, and comes in free.
Siblings welcome
Brothers and sisters are very welcome and pay the normal play price.
What a visit is like
Our indoor play area is for children aged 1 to 10, with three play zones. No booking is needed, just walk in.
Our team is there
Our team welcomes you and helps you settle in. A parent or carer stays with the child throughout the visit.
Grip socks
Grip socks are needed in the play area. Bring your own or buy a pair at reception.
Opening hours
Open 365 days. Monday to Friday from 9 AM, Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM, until 11 PM.
Access and parking
Kids Zone is on Level 2 of Souk Al Bahar in Downtown Dubai, next to Burj Khalifa and a short walk from Dubai Mall.
Step-free access
Step-free or lift access all the way to Kids Zone.
Accessible toilet
An accessible toilet is nearby.
Accessible parking
Accessible parking spaces are in the Souk Al Bahar car park.
