Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by Kids Zone Dubai, located at Souk Al Bahar, Level 2, Dubai Mall, United Arab Emirates. By entering our venue, making a booking or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Kids Zone Dubai reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.

2. Bookings and Reservations

• All bookings for birthday parties, playgroup, workshops and events are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Booking confirmations will be sent via WhatsApp or email. Please verify all details upon receipt and notify us of any errors within 24 hours.
• Final guest counts for birthday parties must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event. Charges are based on the confirmed number of children.
• Kids Zone Dubai reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion, with a full refund of any payments made.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp at least 7 days before the scheduled event to be eligible for a refund (excluding the deposit).
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund. The booking may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
• No-shows on the day of the event will forfeit the full payment.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
• Ready for School Playgroup monthly fees are non-refundable once the month has commenced. Unused sessions cannot be carried forward unless agreed in advance.

4. Payment Terms

• We accept payment via cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer and online payment links (Stripe).
• Full payment for birthday party packages must be completed before the event date unless otherwise agreed.
• Play area admission fees are payable at the point of entry and are non-refundable.
• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Kids Zone Dubai reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Existing confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes.

5. Supervision and Safety

• Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times while in the play area, unless the child is enrolled in a supervised programme (such as playgroup or Drop and Shop).
• Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18 years or older) at all times within the venue, except during booked supervised sessions.
• Children must wear socks in the play area at all times. Socks are available for purchase at reception if needed.
• Our staff are trained in child safety, but they do not replace parental supervision. Kids Zone Dubai staff will intervene only when there is an immediate safety concern.
• Please inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies or special needs your child may have before using our services.

6. Liability

• Kids Zone Dubai takes all reasonable precautions to maintain a safe environment. However, play activities involve inherent physical risks and minor injuries may occur.
• Kids Zone Dubai shall not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from the use of our play equipment, facilities or services, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for any damage caused by their children to our property, equipment or the property of other visitors.
• Kids Zone Dubai is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

7. Photography and Media Policy

• Kids Zone Dubai may photograph or film activities and events for promotional and marketing purposes. By entering our venue, you consent to the possibility of appearing in such materials.
• If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or filmed, please notify our reception team upon arrival. We will take all reasonable steps to honour your request.
• Parents and visitors are welcome to take photographs and videos of their own children. However, please be mindful of other families and avoid capturing images of other children without their parents' consent.
• CCTV cameras are in operation throughout the venue for the safety and security of all visitors.

8. Food and Allergies

• Food served during birthday parties and events is prepared according to our standard menus. Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
• While we take precautions to accommodate allergies, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Parents are responsible for monitoring their children's food intake.
• Outside food is not permitted in the venue except for birthday cakes, which must be arranged in advance with our team.

9. Venue Rules

• All visitors must follow the instructions of Kids Zone Dubai staff at all times.
• Children must meet the age and height requirements for specific play equipment. Our staff will guide you on which areas are suitable for your child.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
• Aggressive, disruptive or unsafe behaviour by children or adults will not be tolerated. Kids Zone Dubai reserves the right to ask any visitor to leave without a refund.
• Children who are visibly unwell (fever, cough, contagious conditions) will not be permitted to use the play area, attend playgroup or participate in workshops, for the safety of all visitors and staff.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
